Operating Under Covid Traffic Light Restrictions

Operations at Green

Visitors to our site:

  • Vaccine passes not required.
  • No limit on number of visitors allowed on our premises, however 1m distancing is encouraged.
  • Visitors are encouraged (but not required) to sign in using either the QR code or manual register. 
  • Face coverings are encouraged (but not required) for both visitors and staff.
  • Rooms will be well-ventilated.
  • We will have hand sanitiser available throughout our site.
  • Please DO NOT enter our site if you are feeling unwell or have been asked to isolate.
  • Our site is regularly cleaned and sanitised.

Our Staff at our site:

  • Our staff have been asked to stay home and get tested if they are feeling unwell.
  • Staff are encouraged to sign in using the QR code when they arrive on site.
  • Staff in customer-facing roles are encouraged (but not required) to wear a face covering.
  • Staff are required to use good hygiene practices, such as washing hands well and regularly, using sanitizer, wearing masks, and sneezing/coughing into their elbows.

Our Staff visiting customer sites:

  • Staff are required to comply with the restrictions laid out at any site they attend.
  • All PSL Total Air staff are required to be fully vaccinated. Staff will carry both a digital and physical copy of their vaccine pass to display on customer sites if required.
  • We will keep a record of businesses requiring vaccine passes.
  • If a staff member is unwell, they will not be allowed to enter customer sites and are to stay home and get a test.
  • Staff are required to sign-in upon arrival at customer sites.
  • Staff will use good hygiene practices.
  • Our service staff carry hand sanitiser in their vehicles to be used regularly.
  • Please let our staff know if you have any specific requirements they must follow on your site.

Operations at Orange

Visitors to our site:

  • Vaccine passes not required.
  • Limit of 10 customers in the store at a given time.
  • There must be no mingling of groups.
  • Visitors are encouraged (but not required) to sign in using either the QR code or manual sign-in. 
  • Face coverings are mandatory for both customers and store staff (unless a person has an exemption notice).
  • Rooms will be well-ventilated.
  • We will have hand sanitiser available throughout our site.
  • Please DO NOT enter our site if you are feeling unwell or have been asked to isolate.
  • Our site is regularly cleaned and sanitised.

Our Staff at our site:

  • Our staff have been asked to stay home and get tested if they are feeling unwell.

Our Staff at our site:

  • The only staff who will be working from our site are two stores staff and one management staff. Staff who can work from home are to do so. If service staff need to do work at our premises, this will be arranged so that only one service tech may be in the building.
  • Service and sales staff who need to pick up parts can collect these from a designated pick-up area. Staff will call stores staff to arrange a pick-up time so that only one person is at the pick-up zone at any given time.
  • Staff are encouraged to sign in using the QR code when they arrive on site.
  • Stores staff are required to wear P2 or N95 masks when customers are in the store.
  • Staff are required to use good hygiene practices, such as washing hands well and regularly, using sanitiser, wearing masks, and sneezing/coughing into their elbows.

Our Staff visiting customer sites:

  • Staff will call customers before attending their site. They are to ask whether the customer is comfortable having them on site and what restrictions they must follow.
  • For jobs where two service techs are required, staff will be partnered up and there won’t be any crossover between pairings.
  • All PSL Total Air staff are required to be fully vaccinated. Staff will carry both a digital and physical copy of their vaccine pass to display on customer sites if required.
  • We will keep a record of businesses requiring vaccine passes. 
  • If a staff member is unwell, they will not be allowed to enter customer sites and are to stay home and get a test.

  • Our preferred method of working on site is to be contactless. Communicating by phone on arrival and upon leaving site. Completing our online JSA and SWMS forms before working.

  • Our service staff carry hand sanitiser in their vehicles to be used before entering and after exiting customer sites.
  • When cleaning the compressor after service work is complete, our Service Technicians are using disinfectant wipes. This includes disinfecting the compressor control pad.
